If you are interested in staffing one of our events, or have an idea for one of our events, please read on. If the following doesn’t answer your questions, please contact us at info@narrateconferences.org. We’re always happy to discuss potential events!

Narrate Conferences, Inc. approaches each of our events on an individual basis. We do not have a formal bidding process for conferences. Instead, we look to our team members and those individuals or groups interested in working with us, and determine what types of events — what topics, what locations, what structures — they are most interested in presenting. We also consider what types of events would best suit their skills and experience. Our events are the events of the conference staffs that create them, though Narrate Conferences does need to be able to provide sufficient expertise with regard to each event. If our corporate staff doesn’t believe that we can provide the necessary guidance or oversight on a given topic, for a particular location, or for any given event, we may choose to forgo the opportunity.

There are no specific requirements for staffing or presenting a Narrate Conferences, Inc. event. We do, however, closely examine the experience and skills of any staff member to ensure that they are ready for the challenge of producing a large-scale event, and we recommend extensive volunteering on-site for a conference so that you and Narrate Conferences can evaluate the experience. Furthermore, we expect as we present more conferences that some of our staff members will take on greater roles, some will move around within our conferences, and some will move on to other ventures.
