Narrate Conferences presents academic and literary conferences and events. Registration Information
To attend a Narrate Conferences event, you must register as either an attendee or, occasionally, a service professional. As part of this registration process, Narrate Conferences events collect personally identifiable information, including your legal name, birthdate and mailing address. Moreover, to pay for a Narrate Conferences event online, you may choose to submit your credit card information; neither is required, as you may pay for any Narrate Conferences event by check or money order. Should you choose to pay via credit card, Narrate Conferences will never have your credit card number; instead, Narrate Conferences will process your payment through a third-party processing company, such as a bank or PayPal. Although we cannot promise that unauthorized entry will never occur, we have taken every precaution to ensure that the risk of such entry is minimal. Narrate Conferences’ internal policies prevent anyone not on the registration staff for the event for which you have registered from accessing any personally identifying registration information; the registration staff may use this information to contact you regarding your registration or to check you in at the event itself. Additionally, your e-mail address may be used by other Narrate Conferences teams for the purposes of occasional notification or promotion e-mails.

As part of your involvement in a Narrate Conferences event, you must provide us with basic information to allow us to carry on the business for which you contacted us. For example, volunteers must submit contact information allowing Narrate Conferences to bring them onto our team, and sponsors must submit contact information allowing Narrate Conferences to develop an ongoing business relationship. Narrate Conferences will not share this information beyond the teams for its events.
